The line between inspiration and copyright?

Observing billions of artwork updated every day on internet, we can say that we can all find our inspiration there.
The fact is, no matter how hard you try, copyright infringement will never evanish.

Since I've noticed that A loot of my designs are used on different internet pages, I've decided not to put my artwork without the © Blue Magic Pins.

I'm not gonna interdict you to find your inspiration here and make some beautiful designs yourselves, but please be kind enough to credit work you are using.

And watch out because I work as a copyright lawyer. I am not qualified. I copied my qualifications.
